Sneakerz delivers orders across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

• Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days

• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location or unforeseen circumstances

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Sneakerz.

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Product tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via the contact details available on sneakerz.pk. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Inspection & Refunds

• Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for eligibility

• After approval, refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, applicable delivery charges and processing deductions may apply before issuing the refund.

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

• No return or exchange on discounted, clearance, or sale items

• Limited-time promotions and special sales are final

Order Cancellation

Sneakerz reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Stock unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.
